Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Some items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, or when made to order; this is shown on the product page.
How to return
Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and explain how to send it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we refund it to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Refunds usually appear within a few working days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
